Fushimi Japanese - Fairbanks

Fairbanks is good, but not exceptional. The interior ambiance is lovely, but the tables felt sticky and the glasses were not rinsed properly. Some dishes tasted like they came straight from the frozen food aisle. While some items were decent, they were overpriced. If you're looking for sushi, you can find it here, but there are better and more affordable options elsewhere in the city.

We ordered the bark teriyaki bento box, udon noodles, sushi rolls, salad, crab bogeyton, and sweet gyoza. The platter and food presentation were both impressive. Thank you!

One of the top restaurants in the city, my favorite rolls are Hiroshi Hako, Dancing Drachen, and Lobster Summer. They also offer a great selection of Asian dishes, including Nabeyaki Udon, Thai Curry, General Tso's Chicken, and Bento Boxes, all served in generous portions! The spacious layout is perfect for family gatherings and date nights. You'll have to experience it to believe it!

Delicious sushi, cocktails, and cool vibe. Staff are accommodating and quick, the restaurant is clean, and food is fresh. I would highly recommend if you are in the area.
