Contribuisci feedbackI’m truly saddened to write this review. Today, I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. After placing my order, I waited almost two minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I noticed several staff members, but they seemed more interested in chatting than attending to their customers. Even after I left and returned, I still wasn't welcomed. I asked the team whether they typically greet customers, and Ivone, who I later found out was the manager, responded in a very unwelcoming manner. It's unfortunate that my experience was so disappointing, and I have no desire to return to this establishment.
I am very successful with this RESTUARANT/STORE-location. I have my order on 745PM on 02-02-22 and the estimated time on 70-80 MINUTES/PROMISE time for 9 o'clock. I wait and wait and killed the tracker. I got the last step where it probably wasn't like me dating my pizza that reached a 30-40 deposit drawing. she said, "Do you want this? And I said it, I am my dinner. it was not a reference point for a discount or a comparison for the EXCESSIVE-DeLAY. a few minutes I moved back to the house and chancellor. the DELIVERY-Gute has not brought me with the pizza until 10:19PM. 2 hours and 34 minutes after my order. I don't have a single announcement of this business with the fine delay. I have just talked about the delay I have anointed, and the pizza breaks the additional time of the dispatcher about the phone after 9 o'clock promise time. because I didn't want the ice kalb and the PIZZA card, I was there for them (I did all this) and I held the blame for it being so that it was 't.
To be honest, there was a mix-up with my order; I intended to select delivery but accidentally chose pick-up instead. If that had been the only issue, I would have just accepted it as my mistake. However, when I called to check on my order, no one answered. I placed my order at 10:30 and called at 11:50, which was only an hour before their closing time, so it wasn't too late to reach out. Once I realized the error on my part, I went to the restaurant at 12:10, only to find that they had closed early. I understand that they may have wanted to wrap things up, but I was disappointed when I knocked on the door and received no response from the staff. Even if they planned to close early, I was still there to pick up my order. At least they processed my refund quickly, but I won’t be ordering from them again.
I canceled my order online, but my money was still withdrawn from my account without any notification, and my food was never prepared. The manager needs to be evaluated because they always behave as if they haven't heard me, and their demeanor is rude, unprofessional, and confused. I want my money back because I feel it's been taken from me unfairly. (11/8/22)
If I could give 0 stars I would! DONT go here. We ordered twice, and twice we were told they didnt sell the item we ordered (which was a pizza and wings. . The first time we were told that we would get a gift card for the inconvenience and we never got it, so when we came in the second time they messed up they said no, we can’t get the gift card because the boy didn’t tell anyone. So unprofessional.
