Quiznos - Fairbanks

My daughter and I walked in and ordered a sandwich that we wanted to split. The woman behind the counter kept giving us terrible, nasty looks. And grumbled and complained when I asked not to put any cheese on half of the sandwich. How hard is that?! Her attitude was so bad, that we couldn't eat there and promptly walked out. Although I like Quiznos, I will never go back again. I made sure to tell the crazy ass woman that she needs to check her attitude.

The food is fantastic. Customer service is the worst. Rude taking orders and the lady helping us at check out was asking about my political beliefs and who I should vote for. Also, she ignored us when we asked for extras on the sandwiches. One of the reasons we don't go there too often.

The restaurant is clean and offers quick service. The food is fresh, and the staff members are friendly. They genuinely enjoy chatting and joking with customers, making for a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great spot to sit down and grab a bite to eat. The seating area has been revamped, and the new chairs are quite nice. I’ve had the best experiences with staff members Shauna, Jabez, Anna, and Jessie; they truly stand out among the team.

My favorite sandwich shop in Fairbanks! I absolutely love the Black Angus Steakhouse sandwich! Add a side of au jus, and it's the perfect lunch. I also really appreciate the ladies there—Anna and Jess are amazing!
