However, when my product arrived, I was taken aback. I received a bottle of honey that was half the size of what I had ordered. I have never seen tea sold for $120 for a four-ounce bag, packaged in a Walmart-style bag. I attempted to reach out to customer service to clarify the situation, but was met with indifference. They explained that mistakes happen and that they sell their tea to save on costs, but it seemed my order was not a priority. I cannot recommend this company. You can find an almost identical tea on Amazon for five times less, which would save both your mood and your money.

I received the original creamy honey as a gift and loved it so much that I wanted more. I was delighted to discover they offer other flavors, so I placed an order for Earl Grey (which is incredibly tasty) and lavender (which I haven’t tried yet because I’ve been distracted by the Earl Grey) honey, along with a can of tea and a teacup. Unfortunately, the teacup arrived broken, even though it appeared to be well-packaged; the box itself looked a bit damaged. I emailed customer service to see if anything could be done, and they responded quickly, arranging a replacement for me within hours. While the items are on the expensive side, the quality is excellent, and the customer service is very helpful.
