I know sounds crazy, but it's true! it's still a few dollars, but it's worth it. the chef actually kicks him fresh. not soggy, what and full of taste! that is the absolute best food square in alaska. hands down. no competitive. friendly service, fresh and fast eating and the taste is from this world. pro tipp: mix her salat with her teller. it adds the perfect crunch. I would eat here at least 4 times a week if I lived in fairbanks. hafer
Spice it up does not live up to its name. I ordered a chicken stable, and although the place was not so busy, they took my job forever. so the worker who had my gyro prepping was definitely up on which I took my time mode, I had the chace to go back the rest space and my order was not ready yet. eating was ok in taste, I have bigger definitiw gyros and better tasting in California. their sauces are very little, not spicy. they only carry doses and water bottles. if they want to try to drink their 12oz cups made home, they need to cough about $7 for it. I would praise it unless they like very sweet drinks.
I will mention, though, that neither the chana masala nor the butter chicken is truly authentic (you won’t find any authentic Indian food in Alaska). However, the overall flavor, combined with the rice, sweet dish, and sauces, made it really enjoyable! We liked it so much that we visited again on our way back. Overall, it's a pretty decent restaurant.
I ordered the lamb, and it was incredible—truly delicious! The tortilla it was wrapped in was wonderfully soft and chewy. The naan bread was thinner and a bit firmer, but still quite tasty! The samosas were also fantastic; they were larger than what I'm used to. The staff was very friendly too.
My partner and I tried Season for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! I placed my order, and it was ready in about 15 minutes. The service was excellent! We will definitely be back in the future to explore the various dishes they offer.
