The Crepe Boutique - Fairbanks

Wow, this place was incredible! First of all, it was very clean, which I always appreciate. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided plenty of helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. Everything was well-organized and efficient! I visited with a group, and we each tried a different savory crepe and dessert crepe, then shared everything. It was such a fun experience, and everything was delicious! My favorites were the crab melt crepe and the turtle crepe—absolutely delicious!

If you find yourself in Fairbanks, this place is a must-visit! The staff is incredibly welcoming, and one of the chefs even allowed us to watch and chat with him as he prepared the dishes. I ordered the smoked salmon crepe and a white leprechaun, and both were incredible. The crepe was cooked to perfection, with a slightly crispy exterior and a soft interior, and the fillings were seasoned exceptionally well. My drink was absolutely delightful—I could have easily enjoyed all three meals here! There’s parking available around the restaurant, and the bathrooms are very clean. I highly recommend it!

We dropped by for breakfast and were greeted by friendly staff. I tried the Meaty Breakfast crepe, while my wife opted for the Cheese Eggs and Bacon crepe. Both were cooked to perfection, featuring a nice crispy crepe and warm, flavorful fillings. We also ordered a small coffee, which came with free refills! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to coming back.

Was in Fairbanks for the weekend and an Uber driver told us that this was a great place to eat, and boy he was not wrong. I got the Crab Crepe along with a nice-sized **** Mary that absolutely hit the spot. It took a ton of self restraint to not order another crepe (the smoked salmon was calling to me) but I totally recommend this joint if you're up in Fairbanks. Excellent food and great service!

Delicious crepes. Tried both savory and sweet styles and both were delicious. Great range of flavors almost overwhelming having all those choices. Both a patio and inside seating.
