The Crepery - Fairbanks

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is delicious and I especially love the artwork and the unique bathroom sign. I suggest trying the chicken, bacon, and avocado dish. I would rate this place a perfect 10 out of 10!

Four of us tried four different crepes at this restaurant- Alaskan Breakfast, Crab Melt, Smoked Salmon, and Gouda. They were all amazing. The smoked salmon was top quality and perfectly dry smoked. We also enjoyed the great coffee drinks and hot chocolate. The staff was very friendly.

The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and offers a range of crepe options as well as various coffee drinks. Customers place their order at the counter and the food is brought to their table. The staff were friendly and came by our table a few times to see if everything was okay. The crepes and coffee were both tasty.

They obviously take pride in their food. We had the Alaska Breakfast and Crab Melt crepes with Caramel-Banana Cheesecake to go. They were all delicious and there is something for everyone.

Delicious crepes, with both a meal and dessert in mind. The breakfast crepes are very filling and pair well with the bottomless coffee cups. Trying the sweet crepes today. The Sunday noon line has at least 20 people waiting to order: a sign of great food.
