Contribuisci feedbackThe staff are always kind and courteous. They are quick and efficient. I'm always pleased with my food, coffee or donuts. The owner of this location is also super nice and great to his customers and staff.
Although Food was Good..Waited 30 Minutes FOR ORDER...Service was very very poor. Too many people trying to put the food together
I walked I to this location and ordered on the kiosk. There were at least 10 employees at this location. I ordered 2 glazed donuts. Everyone seemed to be making orders for the drive-thru. No one acknowledged that I was there. The young girl with the braids at the front counter looked up at me and went back to whatever she was doing on her phone. No one bothered to see what I ordered or to see what I needed, they looked and kept making other orders. I was in there about 10 minutes before a young man came from behind the counter. I think he may have been going on break. He asked what I had ordered. He went back behind the counter and he said something to the young girl with the braids. She looked over at me without a care in the world. She never moved from her spot, I guess because her whatever she was doing in her phone was more important. Ten employees and they were ALL too busy to get 2 donuts in a timely manner. I would understand the wait if it were understaffed. I thanked the young man that took the time to complete my order. Recurrent customer service training is needed at this location and the young girl upfront on her phone needs to put her phone down during work hours. I will never return to this location.
I LOVE THIS DUNKIN. Everytime I come through the drive-through, they are so positive and happy. They're speedy, customer service is on point and the coffee is good. They win.
Suggestion...lay frosted donuts flat not on the icing upside down. I want to taste icing, not the bag.
