Ihop - Fairburn

This is a strange review because it comes when there is only 1 server on the floor and 1 cook last Saturday night. also a fairly large dining room. all foods came perfect and refilled eating. for only two people in the service they have dried it!

I wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review, but I have given this place too many chances and will not be returning. My S/O and I came up here to have breakfast. When our server sat us, the table was dirty. I asked her for some napkins so it could be wiped off. When she returned, she ASKED ME if I could wipe it. I was silent as I was taken aback but complied. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, and would never ask a guest to wipe down their own table. I ordered a cold brew coffee and it was the most bitter coffee I’ve ever had. It tasted sour and old. Our server didn’t come back for at least 10 minutes, and in that 10 minutes I decided this is not where I wanted to eat. When she came back I asked for the check and she almost looked offended. I slapped a 10 down for the coffee (bad experience ir not, I always tip) and I rushed out the door. It’s sad that this is a new location, yet cannot uphold the standards.

The food was DELICIOUS! Their gluten friendly pancakes were so brown and tasty! Everything was wonderful! I will be returning.

While the service and food was generally good, I was extremely disappointed that there was absolutely no strawberry syrup in the building at 10am... It's the main reason I go to IHOP. Couldn't enjoy my NY cheesecake pancakes without it!

Customer Services is great! Food good but takes long, they just got a new cook. Had the same item two weeks in a row and it looked completely different. ???
