Los Mariachis Mexican - Fairburn

I ordered over $70 worth of food for pickup, and the items I selected explicitly stated they came with sour cream. However, my order was missing the sour cream. When I asked if I could get some, they refused and said I would have to pay for it. It's disappointing because I usually visit this place frequently, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. The new manager is awful and seems indifferent to providing good service to loyal customers. Service: Takeout.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! The menu was fantastic with impressive presentation. The service was outstanding, thanks to the abundant staff available. Everything deserves an A+! I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $10–20. Both the food and service were excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. I highly recommend trying the carnitas!

When we first walked in, everything seemed promising, but our experience quickly went downhill. After being seated, we ordered a frozen margarita but were served a regular margarita instead. When we approached the inconsiderate manager about the mix-up, he informed us that we could get a frozen margarita, but we would still have to pay for the regular one. At that point, we should have left, but after driving 460 miles, we were too hungry to turn back. We went ahead and ordered food, which turned out to be the second-worst Mexican food we've ever had. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
