Contribuisci feedbackThe lady taking our order was friendly and very helpful. The food was really good other than a little heavy on the spicy sauce on the sandwich. The floors needed to be cleaned in the dining room area but mostly the restaurant was OK.
You don?t get what you pay for at this location. Not sure if that is a Zaxby?s thing, I know it did not used to be like that. I ordered a large meal with extra fries and I didn?t even get a regular order of fries. I paid too much money to not get what Ipaid for. This is the actual order before eating any fries. CHECK YOUR FOOD before you drive off!! Missing fries!
Excellent customer service today!! The young lady taking orders with the tablet the young lady at the drive thru window were both awesome! Also, the wait time was MUCH better than usual!! The food is always good. Keep up the good work y'all!!
I ordered a fried cobb zalad via doordash. They didn't include chicken, eggs, or bacon, which are the main items that make it a cobb. It's a chicken restaurant and they leave out the chicken?? Makes zero sense. Doesn't look like the dasher took it based onhow it's packaged. I tried to call the restaurant, no answer.
The worse!! Ordered double fries and received less than a single order. Every car parked was a vehicle that had gone through drive thru and asked to pull up or park. One food expeditor bringing our orders. Waited almost 15 minutes, requested a refund.Still got the food only for the order to not be sufficient. I'm glad I requested the refund for my time but especially happythat I didn't have to pay full price for an incomplete order. The drive thru cashier's attitude was horrible. The manager,however, was understanding and accommodating.
