Papa John's Pizza - Fairfax Station

I've been going to this place of Papa John's for years. I've never had any problems. I ordered two big pizzas, but no garlic sauce in both, although you said they were coming with the sauce. The main reason why I eat papa john's pizza is for the included garlic sauce and special spices that with pizza but NOT MORE!!!! The alleged general manager under the name BETH said that thin crust large pizza does not come with garlic sauce. She went back and forth with me and said I had to pay 58 cents (with taxes) for a garlic sauce. I have never had to pay for a garlic sauce over the years because they would come with the pizzas. Then she continued to tell me that I have to pay 10 cents for every special season package I never had to pay for in the past. Today the last time I go to Papa john's because they charge for every little element. This has stopped me for years, the garlic sauce, the pizza, but NOT MORE! You lost a customer BETH, hope the back and forth over a 58 cent sauce was worth it!!! And the pizza was not so good, it was probably the garlic sauce that helped with the taste.

They charge for every single package of red pepper and parm when the pizza next door and pizza hat gives a bag full of stuff. Not back.

This spot never disappoints. They have good food for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is packed.
