Nov 3, 8:20pm order a deal (Large pan pizza; 3 toppings). For pickup and was said the store ran out of Pan Pizza crust product. They went before my arrival to make the pizza with thick crust, and offered to make it with thin crust. I was good with thick and understood the fabric. No real problem. The modified pizza was delivered to my car and extended. At home the pizza had a different choice than ordered. The day on my box had my name (so pizzas got crispy). We decided to consume the pizza ourselves and to offer a prayer of regret to the people who received our pizza. I will continue to be a customer, and this happens as a Sh event.
I had no pizza hat in years and we must have hit them for a bad night pizza was so and they forgot the crust sauces, breadsticks and pommes were boiled and I am glad I checked the bag before we left the parking lot because the wings were missing and we had to go back and wait until they make a lot. Sauces are a personal preference, but we thought the spicy garlic wing sauce was almost sweet and the Marinarasauce was watery and lack of shine.
The so-called manager luchi is the worst manager I've ever had? He has no idea how to deal with customer service. They sent the wrong order, and when I called back, he said he will send another one in 15 minutes, half an hour later no order, so we called back and he told us not to order pizza hat. I have never experienced this kind of mess where this restaurant makes a mistake and then tells the customer not to order it again. Does your customer service MR. Luchi or Leechi have anything???
Bad customer service and pizza. Last pizza, they forgot the sauce. Last 2 times, requested curbside pickup, they never brought it out. I had to go inside both times after indicating on the app that i was there.
