Everything about it was excellent!! Customer service, (Anna) and the lady that made my bowl such happy friendly employees. The grill cook was very nice too. The food was great! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5

Stopped in for a quick bite for a very underwhelming experience. Walked in and had to greet the employee making my food to not receive a greeting myself. Rushed making my food to make online orders. I asked for a fresh order of pita chips just for the fryer to take the old ones sitting out and put them back in the oil to make them hot. The cashier turned around to grab the chips and came back laughing while putting them in my bag. Paid for burnt stale pita chips and a bland veggie bowl with watery garlic dressing. I had no problem waiting for fresh ones and pay money to get the food that i like. I don't appreciate people playing around with my food and will make sure to pick another store in the future.

I love the cava food in this store but the customer service there is a disaster since last night the girl who was at the checkout served me in a very unfriendly way. It's a shame they have people like that. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
