Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fairfax

The location itself does a decent job, but the price hikes have been unbelievable, so I've stopped frequenting this location. Prices charges now are comparable to some steakhouses. This is not a complaint on the employees or management. But in lieu of a way to make our voices heard about Chipotle restaurants et al, I'm reviewing the one I used to frequent most.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a mobile pick up order. Despite showing them order number, confirmation, etc they said nothing they could do. I then asked for refund. They told me they couldn't talk to my bank. I then showed them they did charge my card and that my bank won't be able to do anything while it's pending. I then asked to speak to manager's boss and then she told him to offer me a free meal. I laughed and said I have no trust in you all. I had to contact customer service number for refund.

This location is very inconsistent. Sometimes it?s ok. Most times not. This particular time I had huge chunks of green pepper (partially cooked) in my food. The queso sauce looked like one big clump. The girl preparing my order tried using the serving spoon to spread it out but it was barely budging. I got the vinegarette but it was mostly oil and didn?t taste the same. After I shook the container it came in it still appeared to be just oil. I work in this shopping center so I would frequent this chipotle but since the quality and service has gone down quite a bit, I won?t be going back.

Worst chipotle when it comes to online ordering. 3 times in a row they've not given us something we ordered. Past two times have been the dressing for the salad. Like, thats one of the main ingredients. Other time, they left out two things in the salad. Check your bags before you leave.

Do not come to this one!! The lady who prepared food will give you the tiny tiny portion. Not only increase the price but only less food?!!!! I told her white rice, she only give me smallest portion of rice, everything is small portion.
