The new owner, Bill, is not only an exceptional chef but also a highly skilled professional. From the beginning, Bill was communicative about the details and accommodating to our needs. Since we live in Hong Kong, most of our communication was via email, with just a few site visits by my parents. We managed to plan our event with just 1.5 months of notice for 35 guests. Bill arranged a lovely cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, set up the ceremony seating, and coordinated a champagne toast with more hors d'oeuvres, followed by a delicious three-course dinner paired with wine. We brought very few decorations for the tables and our own music. The historic venue is charming, featuring dark wood, a wine bar, and multiple fireplaces. Our guests were thrilled with the food and the warm service provided by the waitstaff. The space was effortlessly transformed to seamlessly transition from one part of the event to the next. It was simple yet truly elegant! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. I highly recommend Choices by Shawn for a small wedding or any other event!

Great restaurant! As someone with celiac disease, I often struggle to find places that offer a wide variety of options, but Hamrocks exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

I randomly chose this restaurant while traveling because I wanted to try a local spot instead of a chain, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery! The tomato and feta crostini was the best bruschetta I've had outside of Italy. The breakfast platter was generous and flavorful. The waitress suggested the pancakes, which were thick and fluffy—neither too sweet nor gummy—just perfect. I highly recommend their Sunday brunch!

This was easily one of the best meals I’ve had all year. The food (the salmon) was amazing, the waiters were kind and knowledgable, and the ambience knew what it was and worked well. It was a great experience.

Just had the best GF breakfast! It has been a long time since I've been able to eat out for breakfast and really enjoy the food! There was enough to bring some home for another meal. My fiancé ordered the omelet and he said it was delicious as well! We both brought home a piece of carrot cake and chocolate cake to eat later in the week and ate the ice cream (that comes with it) there. We are soooo full and I am so thrilled to again visit CBS! We will be back again soon!
