Mazadar - Fairfax

This restaurant is terrible! There is absolutely no customer service. I requested a replacement and was denied. I then asked for a refund, but they said no refunds or exchanges! The owner even claimed the food tasted good after I complained and still charged me. The waitress took my plate away and never brought it back. I ended up paying for a meal that never returned from the kitchen. I will be warning all my family and friends to avoid this place. This was my first and last time dining here. The owner only cares about making money. The prices are very expensive and the portion sizes are small.

The workers at this restaurant were extremely rude. When I called to confirm the address, a woman answered the phone and rudely stated that she didn't know the address and didn't have time to help me. I had to find the address on my own.

Not worth the price and the quantity for kebab is less. Good customer service

Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Beautiful place, amazing ambiance, incredible customer service!! All of that, and the food was delicious! Can’t wait to return!
