Contribuisci feedbackThey changed the menu and bumped up the price a little. I don't like it. I like the old menu. For example, they got rid of steak sandwich and introduced Philly's sandwich. The way the make it awful. They put onion and bell pepper on top of the meat and microwave them. Come on.
Worst Subway I?ve ever visited. The kid working has such an attitude. He insisted that we only purchase 2 sandwiches and once I asked for a third, he was so grumpy. I asked him if there was a problem and I just got attitude
First, I had to select a location and place my order while verifying whether that location accepted the deal. Unfortunately, when I pressed the button to finalize my order, I ended up purchasing three footlongs, but it turned out that the location did not accept app deals, though they honored paper deals with a scan code. Consequently, my credit card was charged for all three footlongs. The fine print indicated that I should press a designated button to make a call to the store for assistance, but the store manager wasn’t willing to help. Instead, she left it to the young employee to sort it out. That employee called the main manager or owner, who allegedly told her to advise me to contact my bank for a refund. This was incredibly frustrating! At one point, someone else called the store (I don't know if it was the same person) and instructed her to tell me to call the main Subway line. However, the number she provided didn’t even identify itself as Subway and simply said to call back later, even though it was only 7 PM. In the end, I insisted on receiving the three footlongs I had paid for, but they didn't have any yellow mustard available and offered no explanation. To her credit, the store manager did give me two cookies as a gesture of goodwill. My recommendation? Stick to paper coupons and place your order directly at the store!
I occasionally get a craving for Subway, and this location is conveniently right next to my workplace. The staff is friendly, and I sometimes receive a complimentary chocolate chip cookie, which might be a result of my $2 tip. However, I’m not a fan of how frequently they change their staff.
It's an average Subway, but it often doesn't taste very fresh. They've also stopped accepting coupons, which was the main reason I used to go there.
