I have been waiting to try the non-instant version of luosifen ever since having several packs of the instant kind you can buy at Chinese grocery stores. I had the A18 luosifen with duck blood. My partner had the dry luosifen with duck feet. And for an appetizer we got the Taiwanese stinky tofu. We enjoyed our dishes very much. As I said, it tasted great and without the kind of preservatives you find in the instant kind. The owner was friendly and made sure to check in on every table to explain the menu and instruct on how to use the vinegar and spicy seasonings on the table to add extra flavor to the noodles. If I only lived closer, I would come here far more often.
Incredible soup noodles, some of the best I've had in the area. Highly recommend their luosifen, it was delicious!Very nice owners as well, they were happy to chat and explain the menu to us.
Had an EXCELLENT experience at Yanzi Noodle House. From the moment my mother and I stepped in the door, everyone was genuinely warm and welcoming. The server provided attentive service, and made dining there so comfortable. He was like a breath of fresh air and had kind words for everyone that came in the door. The owner and head chef herself came out and spoke to every table, making sure we were all comfortable and answering our questions. She was lovely and approachable, and the epitome of a small business owner! She has a lot of ride ok what she does, and she shows it with such humility. The soup was authentic and tasty, perfect comfort food. Will be honored to be back soon!
Very distinct flavored rice noodle. I ordered roasted pork rice noodle and beef pancake. I’m not a pancake person but her beef pancake swept me off my feet. The sauce, dough and cilantro were very well balanced. The rice noodle is also very delicious
