Frisch's Big Boy - Fairfield

I did not receive the drink I ordered, even though I was charged for it. The 3 pc Chicken Tenders Entrée and the Grilled Chicken were good and still hot. But it would have been a lot better if they had sent the drink.

I ordered before lunch and they replaced my onion ring with fries. My sandwich was a bit messy, but still tasty. This time I received my soda and the strawberry cheesecake was delicious. Thank you for a good meal.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They completely messed up my order, substituted items without asking, and the portions were very small. They were also out of stock on two of the items I wanted, and to top it off, the apple pie I ordered was completely crushed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The food always arrives late, and everything is cold or appears to have been sitting out for some time.
