First time ordering from this restaurant with Uber eats as have only just moved into the area. They missed an entire item. When I called to advise them and ask them to please send the missing meal they said the kitchen put it in the bag (the bag was stapled shut when we received it from the driver and the item was not in there) and refused to complete the order id paid for. Unethical and dishonest. I’ll never eat here again. Service: Delivery
Serious decline options have decreased and the quality is poor. Rice was gluggy and almost inedible. I’d have been better off at 7/11 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Our absolute favourite sushi restaurant, and has been for the past 5 years. We've also recently discovered that their rice bowls are delicious one of the best katsu curries I've ever had. The sushi is always of a great quality. We've brought many friends here (you can fit 4 in a booth which has access to the sushi train, and 6 in the larger booth round the back, but there is only one there, so be careful in peak times). We will keep coming here for years to come. Always a favourite.
I've been coming here for years, but after being out of Brisbane for a while I was disappointed to find that not only have all the prices gone 20-40%, but also the portions are much smaller and the quality of the food is nowhere near what it once was. The nigiri and aburi are tiny, and the rice was not fresh. The tempura is not tempura, just deep fried, and the karaage chicken was probably the worst I've had in Brisbane. I think the place has changed management and sadly gone downhill fast. Sad to say this will be my last visit to a place that used to be my go-to for quick and easy Japanese food.
