Fairfield Pizzeria

Wow! Great pizza! I came by. I'll find it on my way through the next time. As soon as you know going in you, it's the real deal! Had spinach wheels. No lubricating token amount of spinach here, they were loaded. And the eggplant, Zucchini Pizza was dying. I was kind of full after the spinach wheel, so I thought I'd just take a little of the slice of eggplants, get pizza and a little pesto pizza. I couldn't take the first until the pane was eaten 3/4 and the pesto pizza was just as difficult to leave. I have a rule not to eat pizza until I'm stuffed because I'll be fuller and fuller later. I'm staying with this rule. Not this time. But there were so many well balanced veggies on the pizza that I didn't feel rough, later or at some point full. It wasn't fat. The crust was thin and crispy and the sauce, cheese, vegetables and spices were in perfect balance. I felt like I was eating real food, not garbage food when I was done.

Best Pizza in Fairfield safe! My company used Fairfield pizza for Christmas dinner, business meetings etc. and they always did a GREAT job. The price is right.
