1st time there. Not a beer or vodka drinker, but glad they had wine. Wish they served a rum cocktail. My husband loves this place, especially the beer.The food was fantastic. What a wild experience! Huge warehouse space filled with gleaming beverage brewing/storage tanks! Impressive! The artichoke fritters are amazing and very unusual, but really tasty! My husband's burger was huge! I had a vodka soda with their distilled vodka that they make there. Was delicious! It's pretty loud because it's a lot of open space, but very dynamic and delicious food and drinks. I can't speak to the beer because I don't drink beer, and it seems like they have a lot of IPA. But they also distilled several liquors, including gin.

7.21.23 Review. Initially walking into the brewery I was blown with hot air. The apparent indoor air temperature of the warehouse is mid 80's (oddly hot). Beer menu is extensive and bartenders are helpful with figuring out the beer you want. On a hot hot day in northern California at 5:30pm before being able to order the workers went around taking menus and telling people the kitchen is closed due to excessive heat (100+deg) in their kitchen. For the safety of workers in the kitchen this is a good idea, but begs the question that Heretic has a properly built kitchen. Also, their was no last call for kitchen closing, so it's bad they pushed the workers to that limit without letting customers know until it was too soon. Over a month ago I also visited this brewery and the AC was blowing, and the fan was turning and I was actually cold with a long sleeve shirt. So 3/5 stars for being a surprisingly warm indoor and closing kitchen (knowing the high for the Fairfield area is going to be 100's the majority of the week).
