Jimboy's Tacos - Fairfield

If you're looking for quick Mexican food, skip the other place and head to Jimboy's Tacos. They offer authentic food served quickly. They've been a staple since my childhood, which feels like forever! They have all the classic favorites, fresh, flavorful guacamole, indoor seating, and many locations even have a drive-thru. Recently, I've been enjoying the Bean Taco Salad; it's vegetarian and packed with delicious ingredients. As for vegetarian options, if you swap the beef for beans, you'll find that most of the menu can be made vegetarian.

I absolutely love their bean and cheese burritos, but I wish they had more beans and cheese!
