Mediterranean Food Center - Fairfield

The food at this restaurant was fresh, incredibly flavorful, and the portions were generous for the price. The service was excellent and our freshly prepared food arrived quickly. It was the best meal I've had in a while - tender and delicious. My husband enjoyed his beef and lamb dishes. The fresh tomato and cucumber salad and tabouli were especially tasty. We even took some leftovers home. The hummus was the best I've ever had. We will definitely be returning!

The food was cold and tasted awful. I'm not a picky eater, but I only ate it to save money and even that wasn't worth it. My dining companion was still hungry after only a few bites. Even if it was offered for free, I would not eat it again. The plastic bag they give you is useless. I suggest getting some utensils if you really want to eat this mediocre food.

I ordered a gyro and a Philly chicken cheesesteak sandwich. Both sandwiches were delicious, but I preferred the Philly. However, I have to deduct a star for the unfriendly service. I was the first to arrive at 10:30 a.m. and did not receive a greeting from the staff. It would be nice if the employees were more friendly towards their customers. The highlight of my visit was the tasty Philly sandwich and the soft bread.

It was very busy, but all employees were friendly and moved everything smoothly. eating was amazing, I can't wait to go back.

I really enjoy this place. Food is fresh and tasty, nice display, friendly family-owned business. People should support more small businesses like this one, over chains that exploit low wage workers.
