Outstanding food. The vegetables are fresh and delicious. Beautiful sauces really make this place stand out. I routinely drive 20 miles out of my way to eat here. It's a plain Jane setting but the food more than makes up for it
Love the food here, it's always spectacular. The service is always phenomenal. The vibe is great, a little bit of a fixer upper but really nice decor and kind patrons, so easily worth it and tolerable. I recommend any curry, the pancakes, and zucchini tempura
Noodle House is definitely one of the best restaurants in Fairfield. I have been coming here since I was very little because it is such a staple. There are plenty of options. You can go in and choose menu items from the buffet (they serve it for you). I think you can also order other items. Lots of vegetarian options, and some vegan options. The food is just really good and perfect for when you don't know what you are hungry for.
Upon entering, I waited in a short line for about 6 minutes before approaching a small buffet showing the day's offerings. The owners work together to serve from the buffet and check out customers. The food was good, and was clearly cooked with quality, fresh ingredients. I noticed a number of Thai elements, setting this apart from the standard Asian fusion buffet that I am accostumed to finding in small towns. Green curry, lemon grass, and unique spices all contributed to the experience. One of my dishes was vegetarian, and both where delicious. Parking was easy (right out front) and the dining area featured long, communal tables. I would go back and bring a vegetarian friend.
