The staff and customers at this restaurant are very friendly. It's great to see everyone in the holiday spirit while shopping for Christmas. I purchased a cheesecake for the holiday and am very excited to try it.
This restaurant is very welcoming. Although there are not many tables, it still has a cozy and spacious atmosphere. The quiche is delicious.
I wasn't expecting this place to be like a donut shop but with the familiarity of a hotel? The options weren't so welcoming nor looked appealing for me to grab. To the right is some sitting small stations, here I thought they had different options of coffee, but its very limited in options. You'll basically get a cup along with the lid walk yourself to the station where you pour the mini creamers. Choosing what black coffee flavor you'd want. Although Service was good. $2.45 I think for a M size cup.
I am giving this restaurant a 5-star review because the pastries and sandwiches are amazing! Today, while waiting for my sandwich, I overheard a young lady order a Bavarian Cream but was given a Boston Cream instead. I kindly informed her of the mistake to prevent her from taking home the wrong pastry. Unfortunately, the young worker who made the error was rude and insisted that they were the same, even though they have different textures and tastes. It is important to know the products you are selling, especially when working in a bakery shop. It is not a customer's fault for trying to help, and being rude is not acceptable in customer service. The lady ended up liking the Boston Cream, even though she did not notice the difference. The main point is to treat people with kindness and respect, especially when they are trying to help.
