Contribuisci feedback5 workers in the store . They stare at you and say you have to wait until they make the online orders ?! Policy ? It so dumb policy and should be reevaluated .
Entered store shortly after opening. Waited almost 15 min for staff to set out bread, etc. Ordered Italian BMT and inquired about discount code 599footlong. Was told I had to order online to get discount. Woman taking order was very surly. Told me to go out to my auto and put order in on line. No other customers when I walked in or while I tried to order online(poor cell signal). Wasted another 10 min. I went somewhere else for lunch. Very poor customer service.
Staff wasn't bad but they didn't have cookies or a couple other things due to recalls and forgot the chips
Went by tonight at 745. Door was locked and the employees were standing around inside. Sign says they close at 9 but they turned the light off as I walked away.
I love that I can order curbside pickup. Subs were brought out to my car quickly. My husband's Italian bmt was delicious. I ordered a black forest ham. Got home to find barely any ham on it. Maybe 2 or 3 slices unevenly laid out. Plenty of veggies. I asked for oil. There wasn't any. So, roll the dice on this one. My husband's was great, mine not so much.
