Your Town's Cafe - Fairfield

The restaurant has an excellent location with beautiful outdoor seating, and the customer service is amazing. The suppliers are also top-notch.

My partner and I decided to have breakfast this morning, and chose City Café as our spot since Crepes and More closed. However, today ended up being the worst breakfast experience we have ever had at a café. Our meal was okay, but our server was terrible! They were rude and had way too much attitude. The name on our receipt was Jaina, and when we asked about certain things with our meal, she promised to bring straws for our drinks and powdered sugar toast for my French toast, but never followed through. She never even looked like she wanted to be there. It was simply unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional. Needless to say, we will not be returning to City Café for breakfast.

This restaurant has the worst customer service and bland food. The waitress was seen touching her hair and then licking her hands and fingers before handling the cash box and serving customers with the same unclean hands. It was truly revolting. When my food finally arrived, it was incredibly tasteless. I will never dine here again.

This place is here 8 years and we had never eaten here. eating was surprisingly good, how long we had to wait, how all the tables were sitting after us. must be attributable to short staff. we watched several tables go out before the order and several tables sat dirty, not drive while a young man stood around. our visit lasted about two hours from beginning to end. I think they forgot our order and it was wrong when they were received. we will not eat here again.

Really a great place to get breakfast. I'm sure they serve other times but that's what I've been in. People are real good and the food is really good!
