The service here is outstanding; the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is exquisite. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

Absolutely disgraceful. I've been several times now and not once have they gotten my order right. Usually I'd let it slide if it were 1 or 2 times but this is literally every time I go. The only reason I even go to that place at all is because its the only takeaway that takes card payments in Fairford and with the cashpoint still not working, it's a convenience. It's a shame really because the food is usually quite good (with exception of some gritty chips the other week). I just wish that they'd get the orders right. It's from small things like putting red cabbage in kebabs when requested not to, right up to completely forgetting things that I ordered.
