I had the famous blue and was very dissatisfied. It had way too much sauce. And the sauce was cheap blue cheese. Get the sauce on the side and it would of been good. Better way would of been to use real blue cheese sprinkles and put oil and vinegar on the sandwich .
Received a gift certificate for Christmas and reguardless of the location this place should honor any gift certificate. mine was bought at the Hudson location and I live no where near Hudson terrible customer service also at this location. This was my favorite sub joint ever and now I will never eat here again. Terrible gift certificate program. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and never thought they would refuse a gift certificate that was purchased at another location.
I always enjoyed eating at Dave’s Cosmic Subs, but please AVOID the Fairlawn location. I spent over 20 dollars this evening on just 2 sandwiches only to take them home and find almost nothing on them. It’s just stale and very small bread (way smaller than what’s usually provided a half slice of tomato and a few bits of shredded cheese (and I ordered the sandwiches with meat on them! . I feel like I was completely robbed. I have been eating at Dave’s for over 20 years (almost once a week and I don’t know if it’s “because of covid” or whatever lousy excuse I’m sure they’ll give me but I will never give this franchise my business ever again.
This was my first time here and I am impressed by the subs. I loved how my bread was toasted and was a lot of meat on my sub. I will be back again! I don’t mind traveling 30 minutes for good subs
