She was immediately abrupt, she never asked if the order was fine, never to see if we needed anything else to mention refills. I was four people deep and asked for coffee and water. Ashley brought 2 coffees and 2 water. I suppose we had to choose who has what because she didn't come back until she came to see if we wanted the check. I went around to search for creamers. You have a BAD DAY PLEA STAY HOME
Sketchiest ihop I?ve ever been to. Bad service! I was lied to told no wait time when i called in 5 min prior to arriving still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated! After ordering i waited 50 minutes to get served. Excuse was the kitchen messed up! Food was served with everything wrong. Food tasted horrible. Waitress tried to make me happy thats the only reason for 2 stars.
Service was phenomenal. My server was a younger girl named Lizzie. She interacted with my children and was promote with refills of their chocolate milk (Asking me before hand if it was ok for them to have more ; . Food was great as always but I will definitely be back for the attentive servers. A+
Food is always great but the service is horrible. We were given dirty coffee cups and silverware. When we told the waiter she just walked away.
The bathroom was horrible. I was there on Monday for breakfast I was initially excited to visit since I haven't been out for a while. After eating I went to the bathroom. The toilets were horrible. Obviously no one is checking on the bathrooms. The visual and stench resulted in me throwing up my entire meal. On the other hand, my waitress was very warm. She was very patient with my toddler. The food was standard.
