I liked the crab ringoon, but my friend thought the kani salad was just fine. We ordered two roles, the Fujiyama and the Tiger Lily. The Fujiyama roll was good, but the tiger lily was pretty embarrassing. I wasn't a fan of the lobster salad cup. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and our service was fast. It was quite pricy for what we have, as our bill in Motown for similar roles at our favorite place is about $10 less (which is also a small free appetizer and dessert, also offered at Fuji). But, still, definitely something else for Fairmont. It is worth checking if you do not feel for a ride.
Yum. This place is definitely one of my favorites! To eat or just sushi! I do not recommend the red wine, but they do not sell enough so that it usually turns.
Best place in Fairmont to get sushi, always good size roles for the price and taste great. I always get one of the special roles and random, best time to go during their lunch is special great price and love there salad dressing. I would recommend it.
We order a lot. The food is good, the prices are fair and the portions are generous. Only the complaint is that we paid twice for roasted rice and noodles a charge of $2 and in one case we have no rice/noodle dishes at all and in another we got white rice instead of the noodles for which we paid.
Always great to see a family-run business, but they need more staff. Service was very slow, but food was good. Decor was really something, and you wouldn't expect it given the outside appearance.
