Absolutely fantastic food! I tried the Mac and cheeseburger, and it was incredible. It had a subtle hint of pepper, was incredibly creamy and buttery without being greasy, and the meat was juicy and full of flavor—truly one of the best burgers I've ever had in Fairmont. The fries were delightful—perfectly crunchy on the outside while still soft inside, and seasoned just right with salt and pepper. I also enjoyed a slice of carrot cake, which I can confidently say is the best dessert I've had at any restaurant. The staff here is exceptional; our waitress took our orders and served drinks quickly, and even the cook stopped by to check if everything was to our liking. The only downside? They're only open Monday to Friday at 6 PM.

The food here is outstanding, and it's a fantastic place that I will definitely visit again. I highly recommend trying the Bruschetta and the French Onion Soup. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the staff are some of the warmest and friendliest people you'll ever meet.
