Mark's Pizzeria - FAIRPORT

This is a fantastic spot for delicious pizza and a variety of other menu options. The entrance, dining area, and kitchen are all impeccably clean, and the staff is consistently very friendly.

Marks serves delicious pizza and always greets you warmly when you enter. In terms of price and quality, I believe Marks provides an excellent value for both!

We enjoyed a NY-style pizza and Buffalo chicken mac cheese. It was delivered hot and ahead of time. The food was delicious!

I always order online and pick up my food because I work very close to the Marks in Fairport. However, I accidentally selected delivery this time. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff informed me that it had been marked for delivery! I felt terrible! Luckily, Zack Spoto stepped in and made me two new pizzas while I waited, since they no longer had my original order. I offered to pay for the pizzas that had been sent to my house, but Zack told me not to worry about it. I felt really bad for the driver who had to come to my home and for the staff who had to remake my pizzas. This was truly outstanding customer service! Thank you! I’ll be sure to double-check my order next time.

Still my favorite white pizza with cup char pepperoni. This pizza is to die for. But service is slipping as of late. Some nights when you call in you get a quick sharp employee who gets your order right and done quick while other nights you feel likeyou are training the person who answers the phone.
