Pizza Hut - FAIRPORT

The Buffalo wings were outstanding, and the pizza was tasty as well. The staff was fantastic—prompt, friendly, and attentive to my needs.

It took more than an hour and a half for our food to arrive. The pizza was dry, and when we requested extra hot sauce, we received three blue cheese servings instead. The wings were also tough and difficult to chew.

The food here is excellent, but they definitely seem to be under-staffed during lunch. They often run out of pizza by noon, and usually only have cheese available. If you plan to order takeout, it's best to call ahead; otherwise, you can expect to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes for your order.

Took more than an hour and a half when we ordered hours before hand. I am very disappointed and all they offered us was 25% off the next order. There will be no next order, I will never be going back. Called one of the managers and he basically told me I was being unreasonable. I ended up just picking up the order myself because I obviously could not rely on them. Tried to give the new pizza place a try and I regret it. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

A thicker chewier kind of crust that has a sweetness to it or the sauce does. Regardless it's very tasty! The wings are good and my daughter loves the sweet and sour boneless style
