Brandin' Iron Steakhouse Fairview

Great local place for a wonderful salad bar. We love their burgers and chicken dishes. My personal preference is a thick cut steak, and all theirs are thin cut and usually well done no matter how it's ordered. Overall, it is a great place with reasonable prices and friendly wait staff. I will eat there again, and We have been there many times already.

Food was very good with good portions. Service was timely without too many interuptions. Its a little further out but prices not as high as other places so it's a good value.

We were there with a larger group. Our fish was not fully cooked and the hush puppies pretty much disintegrated in our hands because they were soaked with grease. The salad bar, fried pickles, and mushrooms were great. The waitress was taking plates while people still had food on them and some were eating like there was a plate shortage. She was kind of rude in that way. Not sure we will be back.
