First Watch - Fairview Heights

Food and coffee were warm, not hot. Some of the potatoes seemed under-cooked. Over-medium eggs came out over-easy. That's fine, medium is hard to hit. I said over-hard would be fine. I got a cracked-yolk, almost scrambled egg patty. We won't return.

My wife went and got us to go breakfast and everything was delicious, the grits with cheese was great if you haven't tried the million dollar bacon and potatoes I suggest trying them both both was on point, even the toast was good, the eggs was OK Catch me on Instagram where I'll be doing full restaurant reviews soon docccwayne_reviews

I’ve been to multiple First Watch establishments and they have all offered great service and very enjoyable food.
