I ordered a taco salad from McAlisters in Fairview today and this is what I got. No chili, no avocado, no sour cream. I called the store and they did give me a refund but that didn’t provide me lunch. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

So everytime, I come here, there is always a problem-a new policy, a new procedure, something that causes me to do more work. I will not be back. I am just outdone with the lack of listening skills that people who work here have. It is like ridiculous. My order is never correct. I call, they write it down, then when I come, they don't have the credit. I said don't put this on my sandwich. I made it clear, I am allergic, what's on my sandwich, what I asked NOT TO BE. What do I do, I call and tell them, they don't answer. I call and call the next day, they finally answer and promise, come on in and we remake it for you free of charge. I get there and they are like well I am sorry she didn't write it down. I am like, you are sorry, don't worry I will NOT be back. Why would I continue to come here and they don't listen, get my order wrong, promise you something and then say literally well its all new people. Why is that my problem? Oh yeah and the tumbler refills are only tea now. So even though, everywhere else, you can get whatever drink you want, here it is only tea.
