Chick-fil-a - Fairview Heights

Cynthia greeted me warmly as I arrived. She is so personable and a genuinely nice person. It was quite apparent to me that since Cynthia was genuinely interested in my Chick-fil-A dining experience. Oh, and the food was piping hot and delicious! Ron Frauenfelder

I ordered a large fry, they only have me half box, overcooked, they forgot my salad and did not accommodate!!

As always, the drive-through service was great and the food hit the spot!

The employees where super friendly and welcoming! Larry Bragg was super nice and got my mom a refill after she spilled it. Overall great service, great employees.

I was just there in line for 20 minutes and by the time the girl got to me her iPad didn't work and she had to go back in to get a new one I only get 30 minutes for lunch meaning I did not get a chance to eat lunch I had to get back to work
