Hooters - Fairview Heights

Our waitress, Faith, was fantastic. Our drinks were always full, and the service was quick. We began with the tater tots, which were perfectly cooked and served hot. I ordered the Buffalo shrimp, and I highly recommend them! My fiancée had the naked Buffalo wings, and everything was delicious. We definitely plan to eat here more often. They also offer a mobile app with a great rewards program. The restaurant is accessible for those with disabilities.

I dropped by for a late lunch or early dinner and chose to sit at the bar. The beer selection was impressive, and I picked something I was eager to try. It was delicious and served at just the right temperature. I also ordered some side salads and wings, and the food was exceptional. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the quality was outstanding. The service was excellent as well; the bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This was the worst Hooters I've ever visited. The food was truly disappointing. The cheese on the tater tots was so runny that it turned the undercooked potato nuggets into a mushy mess, making the paper they were served on soggy. The Buffalo shrimp had a tough texture, as if it had been sitting in a warmer all day, and it was served barely lukewarm. It's hard to believe the manager isn't aware of these issues, especially since they were informed about the situation but didn't bother to come out and address it. I would suggest avoiding this restaurant if you're looking for a decent meal. The waitstaff, however, were lovely, considering the circumstances they have to deal with. This place should seriously consider shutting down.

Service was lackluster, appetizer came with the rest of the food. Our drinks were forgotten and only refilled once. But food was fresh, hot and delicious. Would definitely get Daytona flavor wings again.

Went on 4/4/22 around 4pm. My two daughters and I ordered wings as usual. The first set that came out were very overcooked, and hard. We ordered spicy garlic (extra wet) and lemon pepper. The waitress said the spicy garlic is now a dry rub now. I informed her I come often, and it’s always a sauce. She took it back and actually brought it back with the correct sauce. So now I had some unknown dry season plus the spicy garlic sauce. HORRIBLE. And my daughters lemon pepper wings looked and tasted like regular plain wings. The waitress even agreed they didn’t look like lemon pepper. I know it wasn’t just me, because the family at the next table had complaints as well. The waitress told me they weee having issues with the cooks. I usually go to that hooters twice a week with my kids, but after that experience, I won’t anymore.
