Starbucks - Fairview Heights

This team is amazing! They are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. I look forward to my visits every time!

The wait is reasonable if the line isn't too long. There's usually just one barista handling everything, which can get overwhelming. If I notice more than two people ahead of me, I usually decide to leave. However, the barista on this visit was very friendly and made a great café Americano.

One of the best things about visiting a Starbucks is how quickly everything runs. I even got bumped in line because I was preoccupied with my phone and reloading my card, yet I was in and out in just five minutes. They offer all the same items you'd find at any other Starbucks, so if you're coming from an area with a Starbucks, it's a reliable choice for a quick stop to get what you need.

Since a set goal (per conversation with employees at this location) sometimes employees are not always aware of promotions and the use of app offers, but most of the time are VERY accommodating and try to change this challenge, all while they help with great customer service. As usual, big coffee!
