Tgi Fridays - Fairview Heights

Waiter was very unpleasant. Seemed upset for most of our visit. It was me my sister my daughter and a friend. Ordered a fried chicken sandwich and my side was a salad. Salad was fine chicken sandwich was burnt. My daughter ordered boonless wings with a spicy sauce her was also burnt barely edible. We ate what we could. Have not been to TGI Friday's since I was about 20 living in St Louis. Prior to this time never had been to the location in Fairview will not be returning.

We dined inside and was gave plastic ware instead of actual silverware to eat our food with. Someone puked all over the floor in the men's room and even though multiple guest said something it was never cleaned up in the hour we were there. Food served was raw for the steak that was supposed to be medium and the kids meal hamburger was supposed to be plain but still had pickles and the hamburger meat was raw. We will contact the health department and provide the rest of the photos on the conditions of this restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE, YOU WILL END UP SICK AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE.

The mozzarella sticks came out after a 40 min wait for them and they weren?t even cooked all the way. The second picture is how they were suppose to look. Our waiter paid no attention to us. Forgot our salad. Forgot our wings. All around from food to service I was dissatisfied. 0/10

I hadn't eaten at this chain in a few years, but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant wasn’t sparkling clean, so I didn’t have high expectations, but the service was excellent! We only ordered appetizers and salads, and they were great. They arrived quickly and were accurate, even with the several modifications I requested for the salad.

Our server, Kensi C., was incredibly attentive and clearly invested in making our Friday dining experience enjoyable. She struck a wonderful balance between being personable and professional. The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious.
