Bistro Del Mar - Fajardo

Food was absolutely mind-blowing amazing. Very flavorful, fresh. VERY clean food truck by the bio bay. Customer service was outstanding. We ate in several places here in the island during our week stay and this was hands-down our best meal. Prices were ridiculous affordable for the quality of food. I mean gosh this was by far WAY better than the 'top ' restaurants at our resort. If you are in the Fajardo area you HAVE to stop by. We loved it so much we went there 2 nights on a row. The food was well seasoned. Im def sropping there again next time Im in the area.

The best Mofongo I had during my visit to Fajardo.. the stuffed pineapple with chicken is also to die for.

This place is amazing! The food is excellent and the owner as well as the chef are nice and involved with the customers. It was the perfect meal after doing the bio Bay tour! I wish we were staying longer because we would drive over just to eat another night: we will be back one day!!

Everything about this place is awesome from the amazingly fresh food prepared on the spot to the quick service of quality food. It was all very healthy and you could tell it was prepared with love ..... amazing.... I will definitely be back

Tried the mofongo de yucca with a side of grilled grouper and a side order of (the best! malanga majada....we were amazed!!! It was all soooo delicious!!! This will definitely be our new 'go to ' place to eat...lunch or dinner...The best!!! Luquillo La Pared til 4pm y after at las Croabas...
