This food truck in the loop can create almost any of the elements on the vegan menu. I had luck getting half a avocado with veggies and one side cocos rice. great price and great if you want to finish a organic tour and a meal. highly recommended.
Went here after trying and failing to get a last minute bio bay tour. The food was worth the 40 minute drive. Empanadas were made fresh so it was easy to make them cheeseless to be vegan. I didn't realize some of the dishes we ordered came with cheese on top but they remembered and made all our food cheeseless. The tomato and avocado empanada was okay, a little plain, the veggie taco was very good, and the coconut fries were good. The highlight was the monfongo. Sweet and savory and so delicious. Be sure to tell them no cheese and no mojo sauce. Limited lawn chairs to sit in but more than usual for a food truck. The chef and the two young men assisting were pleasant and seemed friendly. It was expensive for a food truck but portions were large.
*Search google for truck location* it is not at the specified location on Happy Cow. The food was good and the staff will help you choose vegan options. Coconut flowers (veganized) are really good. I recommend the avocado tomatoes (w/o cheese).
My husband and I just drove a way to eat here, but the truck wasn't in the specified place. After further research we found a page that says it was only opened on Saturday Sunday 2-10 and another one said it was open on Friday Sunday 2-10.... Not sure what the days/hours are actually for this truck!
