Sonic Drive-in - Falcon

I ordered a diet cherry limeade, but it tasted strange. When I got home and removed the lid, there was no cherry or lime in it. I believe it was made incorrectly. This is the second time this has happened to me. My rating for the food is 1, the service is 2, and the atmosphere is also a 1.

I have had several disappointing experiences at this Sonic location. Every time I have visited, my order has been wrong, with either missing food items or the wrong drink. On top of that, the speaker system was not working during my last two visits, which meant that the stalls were not operational. I had placed a mobile order and had to check in via the app, only to wait 15 minutes for my order. With no way to communicate except through the long drive-through line, I will not be trusting this Sonic with my dinner plans again.

The food at this restaurant was terrible. The chicken strips were greasy, the pancake had no syrup, and the tater tots were undercooked. We don't plan on returning any time soon. The service was average, the atmosphere was decent. Prices ranged from $1-$10 per person for lunch.

I’ve been going to Sonic for nine years and I attribute the changes to Savannah’s shift manager as well as her sister Aspen a shift manager. They have really changed customer service, efficiency, and they really care. This is my favorite place. Thanks for making me feel good by continuing to get better. We all appreciate you.! Staff is rude and careless I wait a hr or two every time I come here I left this last and won't b returning to this location.
