I have been a loyal customer since this restaurant opened and will definitely continue to purchase from them. My favorite items on the menu are the galaxy caramel, tablet, and vimto.

Bought 2 Groupon vouchers for 6 slices of cheesecake, booked online to collect today. Went to collect them to find they had sold out!! Surely ‘ordered’ in advance means they should be available for you at stated day and time! Voiced my displeasure and discovered the ‘young lady’ behind the counter was very prolific with the ‘F’ word and I was instructed to leave her shop. Absolutely disgusting service! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Booked to collect 4 cheesecake pots at 11 am for a child's party. Shop was closed no note on door to say issue. On website states open 12pm sat for over an hour and still no show. Very disappointed . Discovered it had happened to someone last week also.

I absolutely adore these cheesecakes. I purchased a 12-slice assortment and a box of assorted doughnuts for my son's birthday. They were a hit with everyone. All the different flavors were fantastic, and the service was impeccable. I couldn't find a single fault.

This restaurant is extremely untrustworthy. They host scam competitions on Facebook and falsely advertise cheesecake eggs that they have no intention of making. They also completely ignored our orders without any explanation. Very disappointing.
