Hot Kebabs Falkirk

I always order the same thing here: the mixed hoagie with green chilis. However, I have noticed that the portion size has decreased in the last few months, and the cheese in my last order was not very good. The hoagie was mostly chips and salad. The service is always friendly, albeit a bit playful. They also have great pizzas!

This takeaway is not worth any stars at all. When placing the order I was given a delivery time for an hour after ordering, At I phoned the shop to be told they were very busy and the rain was causing problems. I was assured our food would be with us in ten minutes. Half an hour later I phoned again and complained that our delivery was now an hour late. I was given the same excuse. They really couldn’t care less. At we finally got our food. Lukewarm and really not worth the wait. I would not recommend this takeaway even if it was the last one open. No customer service at all.

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I ordered takeout and it was supposed to be ready for pick up, but when I got home to eat, the food was cold and had mold on it. I will not be returning to this place.

We have always had good experiences eating hot kebabs, but we ordered them on a Sunday night and were extremely disappointed. It seems like something has changed, as the food was not up to its usual standard. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
