Great food, worth a trip out of the way! The Chile Colorado was fantastic, with great rice and beans. Awesome horchata, which is hard to find in the first place, tasty and not at all watery.

I come from SF and let me tell you not even SF has great mexican food like this place has! I cleaned my plate! It was amazing.

Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures to share. But I definitely wanted to write a review. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Ortega's. Food was fantastic! And the views from the outdoor patio, overlooking the cows in the river valley below, the hills and mountains off in the distance. Gorgeous! But what impressed us the most was our waiter. We were so impressed with this young gentleman's service and hospitality, I asked how old he was. 15! The owner's son. Absolutely one of the nicest, most polite kids I have ever met. It is so rare to come across kids like this anymore. Even my kids were impressed by him! Kudos to his parents for raising such a fine young gentleman. If he ends up taking over the restaurant when he gets older, they can rest assured it will be in good hands. If you are ever in Fall River Mills, I'd highly recommend Ortega's.

The sign here says La Cocina. There is no Ortega's here. Maybe they changed ownership. Ordered a side of rice beans and they assured us it was in the to-go bag, but after we left--nope, it was missing from the bag.
