Papa Gino's - Fall River

I would like to share my experience at this Papa Gino's location excellent customer service excellent food quality and super clean location I would like to think the cashier jomar in the crew for all their hard work

The pizza was not what it used to be. I placed an online order and arrived when it said it was supposed to be done. The person behind the counter told me it was just going in. I probably won't be going back for a while.

The staff was very friendly and hardworking, and they seem to be a great team.

The food was delicious and consistently great, just like always. I’m giving it 5 stars primarily for Jomar, the young man at the front counter, who was exceptional. He was polite, patient, and friendly—everything you would hope for in a restaurant or any customer service environment.

This place is my go-to spot forever. They always prepare my meal exactly how I like it, and it always tastes fantastic. A big shoutout to Shae for her incredible cooking skills—she’s amazing!
